Policies

CLEANING

Renters are expected to leave the kitchen clean (wash, dry and put away dishes), wash and dry as much laundry as possible and leave the house as clean as when you arrived. Towels should be washed and dried the evening before departure. Garbage should be secured in garbage enclosure and all recycling should be taken away. Thursdays are garbage pick up days. The cleaning fee covers standard cleaning. If you choose not to clean, extra cleaning hours will be deducted from the security deposit.

BRING

The house is fully furnished and includes linens, fully equipped kitchen, ipod or computer friendly sound system and cable TV with DVD player. Phone service is not provided. If local please bring your own beach towels. Food staples and a generous supply of herbs and spices are available and should be replaced if used.  Upon departure, please take with you any food you bring.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT POLICY

Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out is time is 11:00 a.m.

OCCUPANCY AND CAR LIMITS POLICY

Our county rental license allows maximum occupancy of 12 and a 5 car limit. Four cars will fit in the driveway. Occupancy and vehicle restrictions include registered guests and visitors. These limitations are not negotiable. Guests exceeding these limits, will be asked to vacate immediately without refund. Courtesy and respect for the neighbors must be observed at all times.

MINIMUM STAY

During high-season and holidays there is a one-week  minimum. Winter, October 1 through the end of June, there is a three-night minimum.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made 30 days before the reservation are subject to a $25 processing fee. Cancellations made within 30 days are subject to a charge amounting to one night rental fee.  No refund will be given for shortened stays.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

A $500 security deposit is required. The deposit is totally refundable within 30 days of departure providing there is no damage, missing inventory, occupancy violations, excessive cleaning or garbage.

Pet Policy

Absolutely no pets allowed.

Returned Check Fee

There will be a $25 fee on all returned checks.

Adults only

We rent to adults only.

Reservations

To hold a reservation, 35% due upon booking. The balance is due forty five days  prior to arrival.

Mechanical failure

There are no refunds due to mechanical failure.

Smoking

Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises, inside or outside.
